This is a difficult question to answer because I like to categorize hotels based on the experience they offer, such as a city break or romantic getaway, a desert experience or a beach vacation. However, there are a few luxury hotels that have made a huge impression on me, and I consider them to be some of my most memorable travel experiences. Soneva Jani currently has 24 water villas and one beach villa, but more beach villas are planned for later. Each of the 24 water villas is exquisitely designed and has a private pool and opens onto a private lagoon, while some villas have slides that slide directly from the upper deck to the lagoon below.
