We recently returned from UNICO 20-87º Hotel Riviera Maya after seeing Katie’s posts on Facebook. To say the trip was amazing would be an understatement. The resort was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff was better than I could have imagined. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in the door until we left. I would definitely book with Katie again, she and her team made the trip flawless. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we came back!! How thorough Katie is about the rooms, staff, things to do, restaurants, etc. Everything!! I asked a lot of questions and her answers were completely accurate and precise.
We chartered a small boat to snorkel and cliff jump at Rick’s Cafe. It was amazing. The free catamaran at sunset was spectacular. Katie is punctual, professional, timely and knowledgeable. I will definitely use it again.

Twenty years of marriage is definitely worth celebrating. I spent six nights in Negril, Jamaica and it was just the perfect way to do it. The weather was perfect, and the idea of a first-class resort and Katy’s own butler was quite extravagant – but a wonderful luxury. Not only did we have a great time with great food, drink, activities and entertainment, but we also had a great time together as a couple. I always use travel mode because Katy made it so easy. What was days of research and hesitation – made so easy.

Before our departure, Katie met us at a local restaurant and walked us through everything. We had never been to Mexico and were so nervous as we were traveling with a 2 year old! She informed us about how to go through immigration and customs at the airport, what to look out for on arrival, and who to contact after crossing the airport. As we prepared to leave our meeting, Katie handed us a beautiful rustic picture frame with our names on it. She has a wonderful heart and is generous.
The whole trip was amazing. We had a few questions and texted Katie and she answered right away. We felt she was right on our side the entire time.

Our highlight was snorkeling with turtles in Mexico. We loved that she came right back to us whenever we had any questions. Don’t wait two days to hear from her. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed. She seemed very excited to check things out and most likely she was coming with us. We just got back from Hard Rock on the Riviera Maya. Chose this on Katie’s recommendation and it was a perfect fit. I always struggle to find a reasonable resort that doesn’t leave me in awe when I walk through the door. I waste hours reading reviews and evaluating the cost… I’ll take a gamble anyway. Even the hotel rep was shocked when I told her about the deal Katie found me, he said he couldn’t beat that price and was trying to sell me my upgrade service. Book Your Vacation
Everything was the highlight of my trip. I went there with the intention of relaxing and that’s what I did. Hard Rock Resort Vallarta was beautiful and relaxing. This was my first time using Katy on Mod Travel and my experience was amazing! She always responded very quickly to all my questions and was very nice and easy to deal with.
