This was originally a billboard for a beautiful housing development, which led to it being surrounded by, you guessed it, lots of houses. It’s one of LA’s neighborhoods with narrow, winding streets that are easy to get lost in.
Although you can see the Hollywood sign all over the city, you need a good camera to get a decent shot from a distance. The best way to get a closer look is on a guided tour like this official Hollywood Sign tour.
The trail is rated as moderately easy but is about 4 miles round trip. If you don’t make it to this walk, there are good shots of this feature from Lake Hollywood and along N. Beachwood Drive, north of Franklin Ave, and south of Rosalia Drive. .

Originally Grauman’s Chinese Theater, TCL is more than just a movie house. This movie theater is one of the most interesting places in Hollywood.
The best thing to do here is to watch movies. The main project is shown on the Imax screen with the highest quality Dolby Atmos sound. Acting often appeared here for the first time, in one of the first popular and star-studded shows.
Here you will find the hands and footprints of celebrities immortalized in concrete in the Forecourt of the Stars. Although this area is currently closed to the public, those who love Hollywood architecture and history can get a closer look with a VIP tour.

Although Anaheim is home to many theme parks in California, LA claims Universal Studios Hollywood. Even if travel isn’t your thing, there are scenes, characters and places to enjoy. In addition, CityWalk offers three blocks of great shopping and dining, no admission required.

The Getty Center is my favorite place in all of LA, and one of the best things to do in California. In addition to world-class art and architecture, the Getty has a perfect view that you won’t find anywhere else. Featured as the Star-Fleet Academy in the 2009 Star Trek reboot, it’s always a fun place to visit.
Make sure you go to the park! This beautiful oasis features bright flowers and plants suited to the Southern California climate. It is one of the most peaceful and inspiring places I have seen in any city.
